Experienced Cabinet Maker | Commercial Joinery

PROJOIN builds high-end commercial joinery for health, education, hospitality, fit-out: confirm sectors projects across Melbourne. We're growing, and we need an experienced cabinet maker who can take a set of shop drawings and deliver finished, accurate joinery without being walked through it.

The work

- Fabricate and assemble commercial joinery from shop drawings and cutting lists
- High-pressure laminate, edging and finishing to a consistent, high standard
- Check your own work before it leaves your bench, and flag drawing or material issues early
- Support site installations when projects require it

What you bring

- 3+ years' post-trade experience in cabinet making or joinery
- Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
- Confidence reading architectural and shop drawings
- The ability to plan your own work, hit deadlines and keep quality high under pressure




- A current driver's licence and White Card

This role isn't for you if:

- You need someone checking your work at every step
- You'd rather wait for instructions than find the answer yourself
- "Close enough" is your standard for finish and accuracy
- You find out about a drawing or material problem and keep building anyway
