At Colliers, we help businesses and people thrive through expert real estate solutions. We're looking for a proactive and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our high-performing Real Estate Management Services team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketing and design qualified looking to build their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with experienced marketing professionals, you'll support the creation of engaging marketing materials, presentations, digital content and client submissions, while gaining exposure to one of Australia's leading commercial real estate businesses.

- Deliver winning submissions, proposals and client presentations.
- Coordinate multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
- Create engaging marketing collateral and branded content.
- Support communications, campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain marketing resources and content libraries.
- Drive process improvements and innovative ways of working.

Qualifications

Ideally you will bring:

- Recent completion of a Graphic Design or Marketing related course or degree.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Indesign & PowerPoint is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a corporate workplace, ideally within a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
- A passion for learning new technologies, tools and ways of working.
