Good Pair Days is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead every service on Crown St, set the standard for guest experience, and be accountable for trading numbers across bar and bottle shop. You’ll roster, order, stock, and ensure compliance while reading daily numbers and guiding the team on the floor.
You’ll manage a floor and kitchen team, work evenings and weekends at our Surry Hills store, and bring robust leadership with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
