Job Description

Rod N Reel Hotel & Brewery in Woodburn, NSW, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to take a leading role in its pub kitchen. You’ll work a genuine four-day week, with three days off each week, plus one full weekend off every month.

For someone relocating, short-term accommodation can be provided while you settle in. You’ll be the senior chef responsible for the day-to-day running of kitchen service, supported by two qualified chefs, an apprentice and additional casual staff.
