Viking Food Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our NSW team.

n

This is a hands‑on field service role working with a range of food processing and packaging machinery across our customer base. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, reliable and comfortable working independently on customer sites.

The Role n

n
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing food processing and packaging equipment
n
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
n
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
n
- Installing and commissioning new equipment
n
- Attending customer sites throughout NSW for breakdowns and service work
n
- Providing practical technical support to customers
n
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
n
- Working closely with our sales and service teams
n

About You nn




- Electrical and mechanical experience
n
- Experience servicing, repairing or maintaining industrial machinery
n
- Valuable fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently in the field
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
n
- Experience with food processing, packaging or manufacturing equipment would be highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.
