We have the perfect opportunity for a mature, experienced and self-motivated person to join our team at one of our client residential aged care facilities based in the East Maitland area. This hands-on role will see you fulfilling daily cleaning schedules to present the highest standard of cleanliness whilst maintaining infection prevention & control principles in a safe work manner. Life in an aged care facility is never dull, so there will be plenty to keep you busy.
To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
ability to read, write and converse in English
a compassionate and caring manner
prior experience as a commercial cleaner, or aged care worker looking to move into a new and rewarding role
experience in the delivery of high quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
capable of following protected work methods and contributing to a safe work environment for everyone
possess a current police check, or NDIS Worker Screening Check
As our frontline representative, we seek mature, reliable and honest applicants to be part of our team. You must be available to work a set roster, which may include weekend shifts.
You will be supported by management leadership to ensure that we deliver the best service levels, whilst complying with obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024.
