Lancemore Milawa is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the 40-room boutique property in King Valley, at the base of the Alpine National Park. You will contribute to a high-quality dining experience at Merlot Restaurant, managing a designated kitchen section and working closely with Head and Sous Chefs.
Ideal candidates will have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience, a minimum of 2 years in a skilled kitchen, and strong food safety and teamwork skills.
