Cho Cho San in Potts Point is seeking a passionate cook/chef to join our busy kitchen, reporting to the Head Chef. You will contribute to delivering exceptional Japanese-inspired cuisine in a rapid-paced setting.

We value attention to detail, energy, and teamwork. With a minimum of 2 years in a volume kitchen and a love for quality ingredients, you’ll fit right in. Shifts across lunch and dinner support work-life balance, with staff discounts across The Apollo Group.
