Looking for a hands-on role where you can lead a team, operate a complex production process, and make a real impact in Australian agriculture?

CopRice is seeking a Shift Miller / Feed Mill Operator to join our team in Cobden. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the feed mill, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are achieved while leading a small team on shift.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating and overseeing feed mill production activities
- Monitoring plant performance and maximising production efficiency
- Ensuring products meet quality and feed safety standards
- Completing production reporting and documentation




- Leading toolbox meetings and supporting team development
- Maintaining GMP, HACCP and workplace safety requirements
- Working closely with maintenance and operations teams

About You

- Experience in feed milling, grain handling, manufacturing or a similar production environment will be highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Forklift licence preferred
- Able to work a rotating shift – Monday to Friday Day, Afternoon and Night Shift
