Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Deliver a warm welcome, assist shoppers, and handle till operations accurately and efficiently.

Deli & Hot Box Management: Prepare, restock, and serve food from our fresh deli counter and hot box display while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist with basic kitchen duties, including cooking hot food items to keep our displays well-stocked and appetizing.

Store Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain immaculate cleaning standards across the sales floor, kitchen area, counters, and food prep surfaces.

Stock & Merchandising: Replenish shelves, rotate product stock,



and keep displays neat and presentable.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in retail, supermarket operations, or hospitality is preferred (but enthusiasm and a outstanding attitude go a long way!).

Confidence operating deli equipment and handling hot food display items.

Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer care.

Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
