You’ll work with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers, helping them navigate a broad product range, compare options and make confident selections for their projects.

This isn’t high-pressure retail sales. It’s consultative, customer-focused sales built around listening, asking the right questions and providing knowledgeable advice.

The opportunity

As Showroom Consultant, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience from the moment someone enters the showroom.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Welcoming customers and understanding what they’re looking to achieve
- Helping customers explore products, finishes and available options
- Providing practical, knowledgeable product advice
- Guiding customers through selections and helping them make confident decisions
- Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
- Following up enquiries and maintaining relationships throughout the customer journey
- Building strong relationships with homeowners, renovators, builders and trade customers
- Maintaining a professional, welcoming and customer-ready showroom
- Working closely with the broader branch team to provide a seamless customer experience

You’ll need to become knowledgeable about the product range, but you’re not expected to know everything from day one. What matters is your willingness to learn and your ability to translate product knowledge into clear, useful advice for customers.

About You

You don’t necessarily need experience in this exact industry.

Your background might be in a showroom, retail, interiors, home improvement, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, building products or another customer-focused environment where service and product knowledge matter.
