We're looking for another pair of hands to join the team that makes it all happen.

The Job

We're looking for a Sign Shop Production Operator to join our busy Carrington production team.

This is a hands-on production floor role where you'll help turn raw materials, vinyl and printed graphics into finished signage and safety products ready to go out into the real world.

- Manufacturing vinyl and metal signage and safety products
- Operating laminator and other sign-making equipment

- Assembling and finishing signage
- Preparing materials ready for production
- Reading job sheets and following production instructions
- Checking sizes, materials and job specifications
- Quality checking your work before it leaves the floor
- Packing and preparing completed jobs
- Working with the production team to keep jobs moving
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

Why does getting it right matter? Because our products are out there representing both HIVIS and our customers every day.

A sign might tell a driver to slow down.

It might warn a worker about a hazard.





It might be the signage on the front of a major business.

It might be graphics or a wrap that completely transforms a vehicle.

Or it might help direct thousands of people safely through an area.

Whether it's safety signage, commercial signage or vehicle graphics, we want it leaving our production floor looking right and made right.

Quality, accuracy and attention to detail matter.

And everyone on our production floor plays a part in that.

You don't need to know everything on Day One

Signage experience would be great, but we're also interested in people who have worked in production, manufacturing, printing or machine operation - or practical people who are simply good with their hands and keen to learn.

What matters to us is that you:

- Turn up and can be relied on
- Take pride in what you make
- Have valuable attention to detail
- Can follow instructions and job sheets

- Are comfortable around machinery
- Don't cut corners when it comes to quality or safety

- Work well with others

- Are willing to learn
