We are seeking a focused and adaptable Simpro Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of Simpro across our diversified operations, including commercial construction, distribution, manufacturing and service.

This role offers genuine flexibility, with the working arrangement and hours open for discussion depending on the successful candidate’s experience, availability and preferred structure.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and key team members to streamline workflows, migrate data and successfully embed Simpro across our different business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leadership to map existing processes and define requirements across each business division.
- System Configuration: Configure Simpro to support construction project management, manufacturing workflows, inventory/distribution and field service operations.




- Data & Integration: Oversee data clean-up, migration and integration with existing financial and operational software.
- Change Management: Develop training materials and provide hands-on coaching to ensure successful adoption across the business.
- Project Oversight: Manage implementation timelines, identify risks and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

What We Are Looking For

- Simpro Expertise: Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring or managing Simpro.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of commercial construction, manufacturing, distribution or field services.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership.
- Project Leadership: A structured approach to project management, data migration and change management.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to understand complex operations and develop clean, efficient digital workflows.
