We're continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our project delivery team, complementing our strong pipeline of work in hand and upcoming projects across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. THE ROLE

You will provide immediate support to the Project Manager in managing in accordance with company policy and procedures, to ensure its successful and timely completion and to achieve objectives for quality, time, safety, environment, profit and client satisfaction all in a manner that leads to future opportunities with the client.

The Site Engineer is responsible for the following areas;

- Provide immediate support to the Project Manager
- Manage collation and distribution of shop drawings
- Review and resolve coordination conflicts
- Raise RFI’s as necessary
- Assist Contract Administrator with Variation Assessment
- Review contractor programs
- Review short term programs
- Assist with monthly report
- Administer defect rectification
- Assist IMS process for the project




- Assist as per PE Collate and deliver Maintenance Manuals and As-built documentation
- Completion of project milestones in accordance with contractual time allowances
- Assistance in maintaining preliminaries costs within upper limit
- Achieving defects rectification within program time allowances
- Perform designated safety roles as described in Work Health and Safety

ABOUT YOU You’re an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background across residential and commercial construction projects. You bring sound technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a practical approach to coordinating site activities and delivering quality outcomes.

You’ll also bring

- A Tertiary Degree or Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Have two years industry experience in as Site Engineer
- Be computer literate in Word processing, Excel, programming, and ACONEX or other document control software
