A well-established luxury home builder, delivering premium residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $10M+ new build in Vaucluse.

This is an chance to take full ownership of a high-end project from start to finish, working with a builder known for their reputation in the luxury custom home space.

The Role

- Manage a $10M+ luxury residential project in Vaucluse from commencement through to completion and handover
- Run day-to-day site operations — coordinating trades, managing programme, and maintaining quality control to the standard expected on a premium build
- Liaise directly with the client, design team, and head office to ensure the project runs smoothly and on schedule
- Oversee site safety, compliance and WHS across the build
- Manage subcontractors and trade sequencing to keep the project on programme and within budget

About You





- Proven experience managing multiple high-end/luxury residential projects from start to finish
- Certificate III and Certificate IV in Building and Construction (essential)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations on a premium build
- Hands-on leadership style with a keen eye for quality and detail
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence
