The Role As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full on-site delivery of projects, working closely with Project Managers, contract administrators, and a strong team of Site Supervisors.



You will ensure safety, quality, and program milestones are met while fostering a positive and productive site environment.

You’ll lead from the front—driving performance, resolving challenges, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor site teams to drive project outcomes
- Manage subcontractors and on-site operations to program
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company systems
- Deliver projects to high quality with minimal rework
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for seamless delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track

About You

- Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects ($50M+)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
- Solid understanding of WA construction standards and safety protocols
- Trade background and previous WA experience highly regarded
- Proficiency in systems such as Aconex and Hammertech desirable
