Sudiro Constructions Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-owned construction company delivering projects across Metropolitan Sydney. We work with Local Government, Education and Commercial clients across construction, refurbishment, maintenance and upgrade projects.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of our construction projects.

This role would suit someone who is organised, practical and confident managing subcontractors and trades, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and the Sudiro project team.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Monitor construction programs and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
- Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
- Identify and resolve site issues in a practical and timely manner
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients,



consultants and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and communicate any delays, variations or issues to the Project Manager
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional site
- Complete required site documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing commercial construction sites
- Strong knowledge of building and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and construction documentation
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple trades
- Practical problem-solving ability and a hands-on approach
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, professional and able to represent Sudiro Constructions positively with our clients
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Construction White Card

A Working with Children Check and Police Check will be required due to the nature of some of our Education projects. Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
