Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction

- Location: Morayfield / Moreton Bay / Brisbane / QLD
- Rate: $70–$110 per hour + super, depending on experience
- Duration: 3 weeks initially
- Start: 5th Oct

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a robust commercial construction background to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a commercial construction project in the Morayfield / Moreton Bay region.

You will be responsible for coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities while ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
- Monitor quality, progress and site productivity
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate project requirements




- Maintain site documentation, safety and compliance requirements
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise

About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and trades
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
- Relevant construction qualifications preferred
- White Card essential
- ABN and appropriate contractor insurances required

Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
