What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination and execution of social media across the Industrie brands. Working across content planning, social execution, community management and creator activity, you’ll help keep our social channels organised and engaging. We’re looking for someone creative, proactive and highly organised, who lives and breathes social, thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is excited to bring ideas to the table while building their experience across our brands.

Your Key Functions Will Include:

- Maintain and manage the social media calendar across Industrie Men’s (AU & US), Indie Kids and Roler.
- Work with the Social Media Executive to plan weekly content around product, campaign, retail and promotional priorities.
- Coordinate content inputs, assets and deadlines across brand, creative, ecommerce, retail and digital teams.
- Support the scheduling, set-up and posting of content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
- Prepare posts with approved copy, tags, product links, shopability and campaign details.
- Support the creation and sourcing of reactive, behind-the-scenes and day-to-day social content.




- Support daily monitoring of comments, direct messages, tags and mentions across social channels.
- Support the Social Media Executive, Creative and Ecommerce teams with preparation for campaign and ecommerce shoots.
- Confirm required products and looks are available, prepared and clearly labelled before the shoot.

What You’ll Bring:

- 1-2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, content coordination or a similar role; retail/fashion experience preferred.
- Robust organisational and calendar management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear and concise communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook for business.
- Experience with social scheduling and reporting tools.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or common social content editing tools.
- Proactive, organised and dependable.
- Eager to learn and build strong brands.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and follows through.
