This role offers an exciting prospect for a skilled Social Media Manager to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the Byron Bay and Northern Rivers region. You will be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies, creating engaging written and visual content, and supporting clients’ digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The position is part-time, with 2–3 days per week required, and offers a blend of on-site and remote flexibility.

You will collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team in a creative agency environment, contributing to a variety of projects and helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Deliverables

- Develop and implement organic social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media, email marketing, blog posts, landing pages, and website updates.
- Capture and produce high-quality iPhone content on location across the Northern Rivers.
- Interpret client briefs and translate goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and brand tone to optimize content performance.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Confident in planning, shooting, and editing content using an iPhone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Own a suitable smartphone and have access to a car for travel within the Northern Rivers region.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
