Description:

We are a dynamic medium-sized law firm specializing in commercial litigation and insolvency.

Our firm has an established commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice with a focus on contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, equity and insolvency, as well as providing legal advice in respect of a wide range of commercial transactions, servicing a diverse group of commercial and government clients - both national and international - across a number of industries.

We are seeking law graduates or recently admitted lawyers with 0-3 PQE that can demonstrate the following attributes:

- Has a genuine interest in practicing in the area of commercial litigation, contract disputes and commercial recoveries;




- Has strong interpersonal skills and an ability to negotiate positive outcomes;
- Has robust telephone and written communication skills;
- Hard working, proactive and shows initiative when approaching new issues;
- Is highly organised;
- Has strong academic results;

Experience is not necessary, however, your desire and attitude to learn and show initiative is key.

This is a full-time position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
