This is a field-based sales role, not an office-based position. You will visit cafés, restaurants, takeaway shops and other hospitality businesses, initially across Broadmeadows and surrounding suburbs. Your main objective will be to introduce VACOPACK products, acquire new customers and develop them into regular, repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

- Visit prospective customers face-to-face within the assigned territory.
- Introduce and promote VACOPACK's food packaging and disposable products.
- Present product samples, pricing and special offers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate new customer accounts and sales.
- Follow up prospects, quotations and first-time customers.
- Convert first-time buyers into regular, repeat customers.
- Develop existing accounts and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and follow-ups.
- Work towards agreed customer acquisition and sales targets.

About you

- Confident approaching recent businesses and speaking with owners and managers.
- Strong communication, sales and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and new business development.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.




- Organised with strong follow-up skills.
- Results-focused and comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Access to a reliable car or motorcycle.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, foodservice, FMCG, packaging or wholesale distribution will be highly regarded.

As we continue to expand our customer base across Melbourne, we are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and grow with the business.

$32–$35 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience.
