We are looking for an energetic Fashion Sales Stylist & Store Supervisor to drive sales, inspire customers, and oversee the smooth daily operations of one of our Mooloolaba boutiques. As a key holder, you will take ownership of the store's opening and closing procedures, maintain immaculate floor standards, and deliver an exceptional, personalized styling experience to our loyal and recent clientele.

Key responsibilities

Manage full key-holder responsibilities, ensuring the store is open strictly during rostered hours and completely secured at close

Manage daily POS operations and balance floats/takings

Maintain visual merchandising and ensure general housekeeping matches high standards

Handle daily stock replenishment, steam new arrivals, report inventory discrepancies, and assist with other daily operations

Welcome and authentically engage with customers to understand their needs, helping them curate outfits and conclude sales





Actively work towards meeting and exceeding daily store sales budgets

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in Women's Fashion retail, with a strong preference for candidates who have held supervisory or key-holder responsibilities

Exceptional time management skills with a strong sense of accountability for the store

A genuine passion for current women's styling trends and selling

Availability to work a adaptable roster across 30–38 hours per week, alternating weekends, some public holidays, and school holiday periods

A welcoming, proactive energy that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
