Summary: n

We are searching for a passionate and hand-on P&C; Advisor to join FTI Group. Working closing with our operational managers, supervisors and employees, your role will provide practical support across all aspects of the People and Culture eco-system.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being close to our operation, building trusted relationships and resolving people matters early and effectively.

Responsibilities: n

n
- Provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace change
n
- Lead the recruitment and selection process across all areas of the business
n
- Coach managers to manage the people framework in their areas
n
- Assist in the development and implementation of our TRIBE training academy
n
- Lead and facilitate succession planning activities to develop internal talent pipelines
n
- Assist in HR reporting, analytics and continuous improvement projects
n
- Support in compliance,



audits and HR risk management activities
n
- Contribute to consultation, organisational development, employee engagement and workforce capability; and
n
- Identify opportunities to improve our systems and practices across the people eco-system
n

Qualifications: nn
- Experience in a People & Culture Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role
n
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment will be seen as favourable
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Knowledge of contemporary Human Resource best practice
n
- Strong written communication, documentation and case-management skills
n
- The ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends or emerging people risks
n
- The ability to build trusted relationships with both employees and leaders while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
n
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
