Your Role n

Digit IT is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our growing team.

n

Based in Toowoomba, you will play a key role in delivering our service offerings: IT Support, IT Projects, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Cloud Services and Business Connectivity.

n

This intermediate-level role is perfect for someone with solid Level 1–2 support experience and a passion for customer service.

Your Responsibilities n

n
- You’ll work across a mix of Helpdesk, Projects, Cybersecurity and Microsoft Cloud environments
n
- Deliver onsite and remote Level 1–2 technical support
n
- Monitor and maintain networks, servers and client devices
n
- Resolve technical issues and help clients get the most from their technology
n
- Create and maintain client documentation
n
- Visit clients for support,



installations, and project delivery
n

Your Skills and Experience nn
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
n
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening
n
- Logical and methodical troubleshooting approach
n
- Solid experience with Office 365 and Azure
n
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare)
n
- Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN and VLAN)
n
- Windows servers
n
- VOIP Telephony
n
- Attention to detail and clear, accurate and concise documentation
n
- A valid driver’s license
n
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
n
- Laptop and mobile phone
n
- Clear progression from Level 2 Engineer through to Senior Engineer, Projects and Cybersecurity Specialisations
n
