Americold is seeking a Safety Manager to provide practical safety leadership across Arndell Park and Prospect sites in Sydney. You will drive a positive safety culture, ensure WHS compliance and lead risk assessments to protect teams and operations.
You will partner with site leaders, manage critical risks, investigate incidents and continuously improve the Safety Management System. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader with robust coaching and stakeholder skills.
