This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, supporting a team and delivering a excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
- Leading and supporting team members during shifts
- Assisting with training and development of team members
- Stock ordering, replenishment and inventory management
- Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
- Maintaining high retail and presentation standards across the store
- Supporting rostering and day-to-day staffing requirements
- Ensuring fuel operations are safe and compliant with site procedures
- Supporting WHS requirements and safe work practices
- Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions
- Using initiative to identify and address tasks requiring attention




- Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness

About you

- Prior retail experience and strong customer service skills
- Previous supervisory, management or leadership experience is highly valued
- Fuel and convenience retail experience will be highly regarded
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Relevant working rights
- Reliable transport
- Availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends
- Enthusiasm and willingness to develop your retail leadership skills
