Think Commercial is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager for Cairns-based duties including maintenance delivery and planning across a portfolio from Cairns to Townsville and Brisbane. You will lead a small team, respond to unplanned issues, and ensure high safety and compliance standards.

The role requires solid organisation, communication, and computer skills, plus a valid Australian driving license and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and travel as needed.
