A large, established national organisation is looking for a confident Outbound Sales Consultant to join its high performing Norwest team. You will connect with prospective business customers, uncover opportunities, qualify leads and secure appointments for the wider sales team.

n

This is a fully office based role, five days per week. In return, you will receive a strong base salary, an attractive commission structure, a supportive team and genuine earning potential.

What you’ll be doing n

• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
n • Generating and qualifying new sales leads
n • Booking quality appointments for Sales Executives
n • Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
n • Asking the right questions to uncover customer needs




n • Managing follow ups and keeping opportunities moving
n • Researching prospective customers and target markets
n • Maintaining accurate information within the CRM
n • Working towards individual and team KPIs
n • Coordinating appointments based on location and sales priorities

What we’re looking for n

You might currently work in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.

n

More importantly, you are someone who can pick up the phone, create a conversation and keep going when the first answer is no.

n

You will bring:

n

• Previous outbound calling, telesales or telemarketing experience
n • Confidence speaking with business customers
n • A natural ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
n • Resilience, energy and genuine motivation to earn commission
n • Strong communication and objection handling skills
n • Experience working towards KPIs and activity targets
n • Good CRM and administration skills
n • A reliable, consistent and team focused approach
n • Availability to work onsite in Norwest five days per week
