Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, turning warm leads into loyal customers and managing ongoing relationships with key accounts. You'll also support targeted outbound sales activity and assist the customer service team during busy periods to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Respond to and convert inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
n
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
n
- Identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities to win recent business
n
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow ups to close deals
n
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in our CRM
n
- Collaborate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth delivery
n
- Support customer service with queries, issues,



and general assistance when required
n

About you nn
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to build quick rapport
n
- Results driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
n
- Organised and detail oriented, able to manage multiple enquiries at once
n
- Positive, team focused attitude and willingness to step in where needed
n
- Experience in transport or service based businesses is an advantage but not essential
n
