About the Role n

As Financial Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting financial reporting, compliance and operational finance activities across the business. Working within a high-performing finance team, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities while partnering with stakeholders.

- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines
n
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and investigating variances
n
- Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts, management reports and financial analysis
n
- Assisting with inventory accounting and reconciliations across warehousing and distribution operations
n
- Supporting fixed asset accounting,



capital expenditure reporting and asset register maintenance
n
- Preparing BAS, taxation workpapers and compliance reporting requirements
n
- Monitoring cashflow, bank reconciliations and treasury-related activities
n
- Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
n
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis activities
n
- Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies
n
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to finance transformation initiatives
n

About You nn
- CA or CPA qualified, with 2-4 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant, or similar role.
n
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, FMCG or industrial environments will be highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
n
- Excellent Excel and systems skills, with ERP exposure preferred
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
n
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
n
