Veterinary Specialist Services Pty Ltd. Underwood is seeking a Client Care Officer to welcome clients, coordinate appointments and support the client journey in our busy 24-hour specialist and emergency hospital.

You will collaborate with specialists, nurses and staff to ensure smooth administration and exceptional service. This role requires prior client care or reception experience in a veterinary or medical setting, solid communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
