nDUTIES, TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:n

nSydney Sizzlers is looking for Store Manager (Retail Manager) to perform the following roles/duties: n
n
n1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure effective and smooth business performance. n
n2. Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock control systems to prevent shortages and overstocking. n
n3. Establish, implement, and maintain high customer service standards to improve customer satisfaction and retention. n
n4. Prepare staff rosters and oversee employee scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during operating hours. n
n5. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain productivity and high workplace performance standards. n
n6. Implement promotional and marketing activities to increase sales and customer engagement. n
n7. Maintain accurate financial records, sales reports, and inventory documentation in accordance with company procedures. n
n8. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, policies, and operational procedures. n
n9. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations based on customer needs. n
n10.



Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring store expenditure to support financial targets and profitability. n
n11. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices. n
n12. Monitor product performance and sales trends to optimise stock selection and inventory turnover. n
n13. Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally to maintain positive customer relationships. n
n14. Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within daily store operations.n
n15. Analyse sales performance and prepare operational reports for management review and decision-making. n
n16. Drive sales growth initiatives and customer loyalty programs to strengthen repeat business and overall store performance. n
n17. Store Manager has to manage Lease – Terms and Conditions n
n18. Store Manager is responsible for Store’s Accounting & Record Keeping including budgeting, Sales Data, Business Records, Accounting etc., n
n19. Store Manager is responsible for Record Keeping of Sales, Wages, Profits, Loss, Balance Sheets & Related Financial Information n

nAppropriate candidate must have the following skills, study and experience: n

nEducation: Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploman
nAustralian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience ORn
nOverseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experiencen
nWork Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
