Job Description

CPB Contractors, Australia’s leading contractor, seeks an experienced General Superintendent for the CNJV Toowoomba-Warwick water pipeline project. Initially based at Brisbane headquarters, the role will mobilise to Toowoomba in early 2027 on a 5:2 DIDO roster.

You will provide overall leadership for civil construction, mentor site teams, ensure safety and quality, coordinate resources and stakeholders, monitor schedules and risks, and drive continuous improvement across a Tier 1 infrastructure
