We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials consultant to join our team as we scale this practice.

About the Role

This is a outstanding opportunity for an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to take ownership of implementation workstreams from design through to go live. You will work directly with clients to configure and deliver Workday Financials solutions that support solid financial controls, accurate reporting and efficient business processes. You will bring your expertise across core Financials modules, contributing to design workshops, configuration and testing, while supporting less experienced consultants and helping ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or contribute to Workday Financials implementations from design through to go live

- Run design workshops to gather and document client requirements across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and/or Order to Cash process areas

- Configure, test and deploy Workday Financials solutions aligned to client requirements and best practice





- Deliver training and provide post go live support to end users

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and client stakeholders to ensure on time, high-quality delivery

- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and reporting issues, providing guidance on best practice and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- Experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials, across process areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash

- Experience in successful end to end systems implementations

- Solid accounting and financial process knowledge

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence leading client workshops

- Workday Financials certification highly preferred

- A background in Accounting, Finance or IT, whether through qualifications or practical experience

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system design

- Experience with reporting tools, integrations or data migration is a plus, but not required
