Road & Civil Surveys is seeking a People & Culture Lead to own the P&C; function from its Gregory Hills office. You will lead recruitment end-to-end and own onboarding, offboarding, and contract management for a field-based workforce across NSW/QLD/VIC.
You’ll build fit-for-purpose HR policies, advise leadership on risk, and coordinate payroll and licensing requirements. This is a standalone P&C; role in a growing SME with direct leadership access.
