We install high-quality residential and commercial PV and energy storage systems across Sydney and the Illawarra. 2025 was a strong year and 2026 on a similar trajectory. We are scaling intelligently — improving systems, tightening sales processes, and building toward a growing commercial division in 2027 and beyond.
Residential remains our core foundation. Commercial growth is the next chapter.
We are expanding our high performance sales team and now hiring Energy Sales Consultants to join us.
The Opportunity
This is not cold calling. This is not door knocking.
This is not driving all over Sydney wasting your time on unqualified leads and tyre kickers. We have designed a proven sales system that ensures you are only spending time on reliable prospects - giving you every success to close deals each day.
You will work qualified inbound leads that have already been filtered through a structured discovery process.
Your role is to
- Conduct technical consultations (phone + site visits)
- Design and present tailored solar and battery solutions
- Provide accurate proposals
- Close high-quality residential projects
- Maintain clean handovers to operations
We are looking for sales professionals who sell properly and take pride in putting customers into the right solar and battery solutions for their needs.
Earnings & Structure
- $70,000 base salary + super + weekly travel allowance
- Uncapped commission (inclusive of super)
- Realistic OTE: $130k–$160k
- Strong performers exceed $180k
Average rep target: ~$300k monthly net revenue Strong performer:
$400k+ monthly net revenue
Top performer: $500k+ monthly net revenue
Commission is revenue-based and structured for scalability. The more you sell the higher the sales commission percentage you unlock.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling residential solar and battery systems (ideally)
- Demonstrated closing ability (not just quoting)
- Good understanding of system sizing, inverters, batteries and site variables
- Experience using solar design software (Pylon preferred, similar is still fine)
- High attention to detail — errors cost margin
- Clean CRM discipline
- Driver's licence
- Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
A sales professional with an electrical or other technical background background will excel in this role.
