The Role

You'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions. Your role is to understand each customer's energy needs, recommend the right solution, clearly explain the financial benefits, and confidently guide customers from enquiry through to installation.

Key Responsibilities





- Attend and close pre-booked solar and battery appointments
- Design compliant, practical solar and battery solutions that can be installed exactly as sold
- Clearly explain system performance, expected energy savings, rebates and return on investment
- Prepare quotations and follow up customers via phone and email
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

Success in this role means delivering solutions that are compliant, practical and installable as sold.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential solar and battery sales
- Proven sales results with genuine production numbers you can discuss
- Strong understanding of residential solar systems, batteries and system design
- Comfortable selling face-to-face, over the phone and by email
- Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills
- Familiarity with CEC and NETCC standards
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
- Current Queensland driver's licence, reliable vehicle and laptop
- Full Australian working rights
