The Role

You’ll be

- Calling warm inbound solar & battery enquiries

- Booking in-home consultations

- Handling follow-ups via phone, SMS & email

- Overcoming common objections with confidence

- Ensuring customers are prepared (power bills collected, expectations set)

- Keeping CRM records tight and accurate

- Working closely with sales to protect appointment quality

This is not “order taking.”

You must be able to hold frame and guide the call. We are after hard workers, not seat warmers

Who This Suits

- Strong phone presence — calm, confident, controlled





- Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or phone sales

- Comfortable handling objections without getting flustered

- Organised and process-driven

- Competitive and performance-oriented

- Fast learner who doesn’t need hand-holding

Solar experience is helpful.

Phone confidence is non-negotiable.

This is an office-based role in Burleigh Heads — not remote.

Earnings & Structure

- Base $70k - Weekly bonuses (easily over $100k OTE)
