Smart Interior Lining & Finishing is looking for experienced Solid Plasterers to join our growing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on both residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality plastering services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces for plastering

- Mix and apply plaster and finishing materials

- Sand, smooth, and finish plastered surfaces

- Repair and patch existing plasterwork

- Render exterior walls and moulds

- Maintain a clean and safe workspace

- Operate hand tools (hammers, knives, trowels, floats, scrapers, mixing paddles, plasterer’s hawk)

- Operate power tools (circular saws, mortar mixers, heavy-duty drills, screwguns, texture machines)

- Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople on construction projects

- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements





- Certificate III in Solid Plastering + Cert IV or Higher in Building & Construction

- White Card

- Minimum 1 year of solid plastering experience

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

- Physically fit with the stamina for manual labour tasks

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

- Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety standards
