About the role

As a Solution Trainee in ANZ, you will work alongside experienced Solution Engineers to support the design and delivery of intelligent warehouse automation solutions for Geek+'s clients across Australia and New Zealand. From participating in client needs analysis and solution conceptualisation to preparing technical proposals, layout drawings, and presentation materials, you will be involved in the full pre-sales and solution design process. This role offers a hands-on learning path for fresh graduates who are passionate about robotics, automation, and logistics technology, and who want to develop into well-rounded solution professionals capable of translating complex client requirements into compelling, effective system designs.

What you have to do

- Supports Solution Engineers in client engagement by assisting with needs analysis with the aid of AI tools, identifying key business objectives, and documenting technical requirements to inform solution design




- Assists in designing integrated warehouse solutions that leverage automation technologies under the guidance of senior engineers to meet customer needs; assists in preparing technical proposals, cost analyses, and client presentation materials
- Learning to use design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) to create layout drawings and process flow diagrams
- Researches and analyses industry trends and emerging technologies

What you need to have

- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is highly preferred, with graduation expected in 2026 or 2027
- Fast learning ability with strong adaptability to evolving environments and requirements
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of MySQL and Linux is preferred
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by project needs
