Solutions Consultant

Sydney | Melbourne | Canberra - Remote $150,000 + Super + $20,000 Bonus

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted solution expert across multiple client engagements. You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, configure tailored solutions and help clients get maximum value from the strategic portfolio management platform.

Key responsibilities

- Leading solution consulting and implementation activities across client engagements
- Understanding and translating business requirements into practical solution designs and configurations
- Configuring strategic portfolio management solutions to support complex business and transformation programs
- Coaching, training and mentoring customers and partners
- Helping clients become self-sufficient in maintaining their solutions following implementation
- Managing multiple client engagements at different stages of delivery
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and project outcomes
- Supporting pre-sales activity where required, including customised demonstrations and RFP/RFX responses
- Assisting with the development of training,



implementation and customer-facing collateral

About you

- Experience from management consulting or advisory
- Experience from business transformation or business improvement programs
- Experience from enterprise technology implementation or qualified services
- Experience from solution consulting within a technology organisation
- Experience from strategic portfolio management, transformation management or benefits realisation environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capability
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage several client engagements simultaneously
- A collaborative approach while also being comfortable working independently
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Flexibility to support customers across a global client base
- Bachelor's degree

Australian citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance
