We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their procurement team on an initial six-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension.

This role has a strong focus on front-end sourcing, sourcing events and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing practical procurement guidance and supporting effective sourcing and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of sourcing activities and sourcing events.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate sourcing approaches.
- Provide procurement guidance and best-practice advice to stakeholders.
- Support the sourcing of a diverse range of goods and services.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Provide broader end-to-end procurement support across the procurement lifecycle.
- Contribute to effective procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships across the business and procurement function.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience across sourcing and procurement.
- End-to-end sourcing and procurement experience, ideally across a range of categories.
- Experience supporting or managing sourcing events.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
- Ability to provide practical procurement advice and guidance.
- Strong communication,



influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across a diverse range of requirements and stakeholders.
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, resources or another complex operating workplace would be advantageous.
- Ability to commence within 2–4 weeks.
