FULL TIME SOUS CHEFS WANTED!!!

Camden Valley Inn located at 290 Remembrance Driveway, Cawdor NSW 2570 , is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full TimeJR. Sous Chefs for the daily operation of our busy kitchen.

If you are looking to work under a Executive chef who has a real passion for food and who’s creativity is reflected in the specials he puts on and who is eager to teach you everything he knows; this is the job for you!

What we need from you:

- Passionate about cooking.
- Punctual and hard working
- Enthusiasm & Willingness to learn
- Proven experience in a fast paced and quality driven kitchen
- The ability to multi task
- Great organisational & communication skills

You must have the following attributes:

- Suitable qualifications and had at least 3/4 years at chef de partie/ senior chef de partie level, references will be contacted.
- Experience with orders, organisation & training newer staff and apprentices.
- Covers of at least 800 a service




- Be able to efficient
- Costing and development experience
- Have a valid visa or working rights.
- Strong dedication to your craft.
- Big Venue Experience Required
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work workplace and can work as part of a team;
- Monitoring equipment to ensure quality of production;
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards;
- Evening and weekend work required.This is a full-time position and requires a good deal of dedication.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
