About the Role

The Pastoral Wellbeing Coordinator is a key leadership role focused on strengthening student wellbeing, engagement, and learning. Working closely with the Principal, staff, students, and families, you will lead pastoral and wellbeing initiatives, support positive behaviour and inclusive practices, and build staff capability to respond effectively to diverse student needs. You will help foster a secure, supportive, and faith-filled school community where every student is known, valued, and supported to thrive.

Qualifications and Eligibility

- Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
