About the role

You are the person who makes things happen. As Customer Project Manager at G+D Mobile Security, Knoxfield, Melbourne, you sit at the intersection of our customers, our technical teams, and our delivery commitments — ensuring that complex SIM and eSIM deployments land on time, on scope, and on spec.

This is not a passive coordination role. You own the customer relationship from contract signature through to go-live, navigate technical complexity with confidence, and make decisions that keep programmes moving when they otherwise wouldn't.

Key responsibilities

- Own delivery end-to-end — manage the full project lifecycle for SIM, eSIM, and IoT connectivity deployments across Australian MNOs, MVNOs, and enterprise customers
- Be the customer's single point of truth — run steering committees, manage escalations, and ensure customers always know where their programme stands
- Drive cross-functional execution — coordinate engineering, operations, commercial, and third-party vendors to hit milestones without losing people along the way
- Manage risk like it's your job — because it is. Identify, elevate, and resolve blockers before they become problems
- Contribute to pre-sales — support scoping, solutioning, and SOW development for new opportunities alongside the sales and technical consulting teams
- Report with clarity — produce concise programme updates for the APAC Head of Technical Consultants and internal stakeholders that cut through the noise





What we're looking for

- 5+ years of project or programme management experience in telecoms, SIM/eSIM, IoT, or technology delivery
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programmes — ideally in or with Tier-1 MNOs or large enterprise customers
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — you write the plan when there isn't one
- Sharp communicator — equally effective in a customer boardroom and a technical scrum
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred — methodology matters less than delivery discipline
- Familiarity with GSMA standards, SIM lifecycle, or eSIM provisioning is a strong advantage
- Ability to work autonomously across time zones as part of a distributed APAC team
