The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of all our Transport distribution activities, primarily overseeing operations at our highly respected customer’s Distribution Centre based at Brendale Brisbane.

As the Transport Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for MJ Mahon Transport drivers, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, people management and maintaining high service standards.

Weekly Roster

Tuesday to Saturday – Day shift / Occasional Evenings

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Licensing: Valid current HR Licence essential / Multi Combination (MC) driver’s license an advantage.

Experience: Proven experience as a Transport Supervisor including:

- Safety and Compliance management
- Operational Management
- People Management
- Customer Service
- Problem Solving and Decision Making
- Technology and Systems
- Cold Chain Logistics

Skills: Strong work ethic, leadership, organisational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

Hours: varied day hours, including mornings and occasional evenings. (required by the need of business operations)
