Belgium Diamond Cutters/ Keshett Jewellery Keshett Jewellery in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist with relevant skills and experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s digital presence and support business growth. This includes managing campaigns, optimising the e-commerce platform, analysing consumer behaviour, and creating engaging content.

The role also involves working with internal teams and creative professionals to ensure consistent brand positioning. Benefits Salary is $80,000 to $85,000 + super for this full-time position. Task & responsibilities Develop and carry out marketing programs that support Keshett’s business growth, e-commerce performance and broader sales objectives.

Manage e-commerce marketing initiatives by optimising product presentation, promotional content and online merchandising to improve the customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the digital marketing team on campaigns designed to attract relevant website traffic, increase visibility of jewellery collections and support online sales. Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns that support Keshett Jewellery’s sales objectives, brand positioning and online presence.

Develop marketing strategies to reach target customer segments, strengthen brand awareness and promote Keshett’s jewellery collections across digital and retail channels. Analyse customer behaviour, online engagement, purchasing patterns and market data to identify changes in consumer preferences and inform marketing activities. Monitor jewellery,



fashion and luxury retail trends to anticipate customer interests and guide future campaigns, product promotion and digital content.

Conduct market and competitor research to assess demand, customer demographics and opportunities for promoting new and existing jewellery collections. Identify new market opportunities through customer, competitor and industry research, using findings to strengthen both online and in-store marketing initiatives. Provide recommendations on product positioning, pricing, promotional activities, advertising channels and sales strategies based on market insights and campaign performance.

Coordinate the production of campaign materials, including photography, artwork, written content and digital advertising, working closely with the Art Director, photographers, stylists and other creative contributors. Support the planning and execution of product and campaign photoshoots, ensuring the resulting visual content reflects Keshett’s established aesthetic and luxury positioning.

Qualification & experience Qualifications Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in a related field and minimum 1 year of relevant marketing experience, or at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in lieu of the formal qualification.

Essential Skills and Requirements Experience in marketing, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and branding. Ability to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign results. Ability to use digital tools to manage and improve marketing activities.

Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Positive communication and teamwork skills.
