Job Description

Bosta in Egypt, a quick-growing overnight delivery provider, seeks a hub operations assistant to manage daily pickups, dispatch and KPI tracking, ensuring on-time performance and consistent service quality across all routes.

Responsibilities include verifying tracking numbers on flyers, updating the receiving sheet, coordinating with couriers and sorting facilities, handling CODs and refunds, and sending routine handover emails with transfer details.
