About the Role

Lead DonateLife SA’s clinical direction and help shape the future of organ and tissue donation across the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

You will

- Lead clinical improvement and donation outcomes
- Drive safe, high quality and sustainable donation services
- Build strong links across DonateLife, hospital and transplant teams
- Deliver national program priorities and funding commitments
- Champion service integration, education and clinical best practice

About You To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold current AHPRA registration and CICM Fellowship
- Demonstrate leadership in clinical improvement and organ donation
- Bring experience in teaching, medical ethics and end-of-life care
- Communicate effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead change, manage priorities and deliver critical timeframes
